We had a blast this weekend at Sesame Street Live. Laney just lit up when Elmo walked on stage. I would highly recommend this show if you have kids under 3. It is very entertaining. The only drawback is the length. I could do without the last 15 or 20 minutes. The kids get a little restless. Anyway I will leave you with this adorable Elmo.

Could it be love?
Logan has his first girlfriend. He talks about her all of the time and calls her his girlfriend. I notice each morning that she is waiting for Logan at the door when we get there. Yesterday he got in trouble for kissing her. Today he said Bryanna has on a blue dress. She looks like Cinderella. I was hoping for at least 10 more years before I had to deal with this.
Just when I get concerned...he reminds me that he is 3 by saying, "Bryanna is my girlfriend and Kadence is my wife." Then he says but Leightyn at church is my girlfriend too. It is not too serious yet...

Branson Vacation
I know I have been MIA this week but we were on vacation. We took the kids to Branson. They had a blast. Our favorite was the indoor water park. http://www.grandcountry.com/splash.asp
The water park was really geared for younger children and had a lot to offer as far as toddler pools and splash pads. Plus it was indoors so we avoided the 100+ heat. Our least favorite was Silver Dollar City. In my opinion they have too few rides and too many craftsmen. This doesn't appeal to children. Not too mention I was literally swarmed by all of the bees. I am not an insect fan so this was not appealing to me. We had a great time with the kids. I was surprised at how much easier this was than I had thought it would be. Maybe we will be ready for Disney World in a couple of years.
Also, Congratulations to Susy and Ryan who were married on August 1st. It looked like a beautiful intimate ceremony.

Happy Anniversary!!!
Tomorrow will be mine and Chad's 5th anniversary. We have been through a lot of changes in the past 5 years as we both began our careers and welcomed 2 beautiful children into our family. God has truly blessed us. Although our marriage is not perfect, we are better people together than we ever were apart.
Happy anniversary Chad!!! I love you.
